Stats on readership and views from our publications, Science News and Science News for Students, including Science News鈥 most popular story of 2014, 鈥,鈥 which received nearly 500,000 views.

Positive reactions, like the Society once again being named a 鈥淭op Nonprofit鈥 by and Alexandra Witze winning a 2014 for her Science News article on magnetic dynamos.

Honors received by alumni including Jacob Lurie, an alumnus of the 1994 and 1995 International Science and Engineering Fairs and first place winner of the 1996 Westinghouse Science Talent Search, who won both the inaugural and a in 2014. He is currently a professor of mathematics at Harvard University.
