2025 STEM Action Grants

Students working together on a beach. Algalita Marine Research and Education

¾©¶«Ó°ÒµÓ°ÊÓ´«Ã½ is proud to announce the recipients of its 2025 STEM Action Grants. Through this program, the Society is driving meaningful change and growth—whether by expanding access to STEM education, supporting rigorous scientific research and nurturing the next generation of scientific leaders. The program aims to bolster and support mission-driven nonprofit organizations that are working to increase scientific understanding by expanding opportunities for their local communities to engage and participate in STEM.

This year, $275,000 will be awarded across 57 organizations, representing 25 states, Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico. Funding for this year’s STEM Action Grants program comes from The Eli and Edythe Broad Foundation, Regeneron and Simons Foundation. Since its launch in 2016, the Society has awarded $1.42 million in STEM Action Grants to 167 impactful organizations across the nation.
